Six trend and design faculties within the Center East

Over the past decade, the Center East has seen an enormous inflow of trend and design faculties, together with this week’s opening, the Istituto Marangoni from Milan.

• Istituto Marangoni

  The newly-opened department of the 88-year-old Italian design college opened its doorways in Dubai Worldwide Monetary Centre (DIFC) this week, offering programs in trend, inside and product design.

• Inventive Areas

  The Beirut-based college presents a three-year trend diploma to college students from underprivileged backgrounds and courses are taught by highly-qualified Lebanese and worldwide designers.

• Lebanese American College

  The highly-popular four-year BFA in Style Design course was created in 2013 in collaboration with main designer Elie Saab and the London School of Style.

• ESMOD

  A Dubai-based department of ESMOD France, a trend design and enterprise college first launched in 1841, the college presents an undergraduate diploma in Style Design and Creation and specialization alternatives in couture trend.

• Casa Moda Academy

  The Morocco-based public-private college presents diplomas in trend design and styling, inventive industrial modeling and trend merchandising.

• Istituto di Moda Burgo

  First established in 1961 with its essential department in Rome, the Italian college boasts branches in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar and Egypt, providing varied design-related programs in partnership with native faculties.
